Because Pete works a lot (10-12+hrs a day) slaving away for DCX, the kids get super excited when he comes home. I tell them, Daddy's home!" and they make a beline for the open window. Kiersten's squeals can be heard outside. I know this is Pete's fave part of the day. I usually try to sneak away for a short time to finish dinner or just get away. Somehow I always get found by Peter.
We don't put hats on Kiersten because we like to show off her hair & she doesn't like hats on & will pull it off anyway.
