Go MICHIGAN!!!!
The kids and I went to the Zoo last weekend. It was a HOT & HUMID Day. We haven't been there in such a long time, but last weekend renewed our membership! Great exercise for me & opportunity to wear out the kids! We saw a lot of animals, took several pee breaks (I am loving that Kiersten is potty trained!), had ice cream and played on the playground!

If only they were as innocent and well behaved as they look....LOL

How many more pictures are you going to take? I'm just not interested!

But for an ice cream cone, I'll smile for you ( :
I want one of these cute prairie dogs! They had about 20 babies this season, but they were mostly underground. We cooled off in the sprinkler before heading to our hot car!
Then off to a Fall Event at one of our local parks. They had a HARVEST HAPPENING DAY, but it felt like the middle of July. The kids, Pete & I enjoyed a hayride (it was very dusty!), donuts, ciders, picking pumpkins, ice cream, hay maze & Peter played on the inflatable bouncer and slide. We were there for almost 2hours and couldn't take the heat so we headed home for a nice cool shower and AC!

Yes, I do exist, but I am normally behind the camera!
Bouncing Away...
A hot and dusty hayride. We also had the priviledge of being first on the wagon and having to sit right behind the tractor. It was fun, I suppose.
Do they look tired?
Earlier this week, we had to pull out the thermal PJs!
